PROJECT OVERVIEW

When we learn something through our favorite activity then we never loose skills learned in this activity. In this project, a team of soccer players will be trained. After completing this project, I will have stronger team management, communication, and leadership skills. I will present my project on a website which will give me the ability to be accessed worldwide, and others will not have such things in their portfolio.

My goals for this project are to learn:

• Team management skills

• Communication skills

• Leadership skills.

Objectives of my project are:

• Select a team of interested 18 players for the project.

• Three, who do not have capability will be dropped. They will be communicated in a positive way.

• Fifteen will be selected after training.
