Learning team management, communication and leadership skills while playing Soccer

Play soccer to become a leader is a project which I am going to complete in my EDGE project to improve my leadership and team management skills. Required resources for this project are:

1. Two Soccer ball.

2. Two Shin Guards.

3. Two Soccer Net

4. Socks and Shorts.

5. Playground for four hours on weekends.

Every project involves some risks, so this will also involve some risk. Following are three types of risks involved.

1. High Level: Injury, if players will play aggressively without following guidelines.

2. Moderate Level: Unavailability of ground on a weekend, this project can be at risk if the ground is not available for sufficient time on some weekend.

3. Low Level Risk: Soccer ball, If the ball is not usable at the game time.

Project Checklist

1. Availability of any play ground on weekends

All steps of the game will be recorded, so that I can write a report to submit. Efficiency of every player will be noted during training, which help me for final selection of the team. I will also take pictures during the game, so that I can include in my report.

This project may have following obstacles:

1. Unavailability of ball or the playground. In the case of ground, alternate place will be used, and players will be informed accordingly. In case of ball, the alternative ball will be used which we had already purchased.

2. Injury of some student at game time. First-aid kit will be used for quick response.

3. Students may not be interested to attend the game on every weekend. In this case, with their consensus, the schedule will be finalized.
